Data Deletion Instructions

Rooted Solutions accesses Facebook and Instagram data only from business accounts our clients authorize, and uses it solely for private, internal analytics for that client. You can remove our access and have your data deleted at any time.

Option 1: Remove the app in Facebook

1. Log in to Facebook and go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
2. Open Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
3. Find Rooted Solutions and select Remove.

For ad accounts and Pages managed in Meta Business Suite, go to Business Settings, then Partners or Apps, and remove Rooted Solutions’ access.

Removing access stops all new data collection immediately.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

To delete data we have already collected, email [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Include:

• Your business name
• The ad account, Facebook Page, or Instagram account involved
• A contact email for confirmation

What happens next

• We confirm your request within 5 business days.
• We delete all associated Facebook and Instagram data from our systems within 30 days.
• We email you when deletion is complete.
